When placing an order through our online store, please ensure all details are correct, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed.
Cancellation Policy for Orders
- More than 30 days’ notice before collection: A 20% administration fee will be charged on the total order price (i.e. you’ll be refunded 80% of monies paid).
- More than 7 days’ notice (8-30 days) before collection: You will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount.
- Less than 7 days’ notice (1-7 days) before collection: If your cancellation is within 7 days, then unfortunately no refunds will be provided.
Wedding Cakes – payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking (i.e. to secure the date).
- The remaining 80% needs to be paid at least six weeks prior to collection date.
Additional Info
Administration fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other items. These fees cover the time spent on emailing, rescheduling, processing orders, planning, logistics, and refunds.
If you need to reschedule your order, please notify us in writing. The new date will be subject to availability.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order, however, refunds for dissatisfaction with design, colour, flavour or decoration will not be issued.
